Summersong

My girl, linen and curls
Lips parting like a flag all unfurled
She's grand the bend of her hand
Digging deep into the sweep of the sand

Summer arrives with a length of lights
Summer blows away
And quietly gets swallowed by a wave
It gets swallowed by a wave - The Decemberists

I hope you're all enjoying the lazy, hazy, crazy days.
Unless I get an incredible burst of creative mojo,
this'll be my last post for awhile...
Can't spend these days basking in the rays of an RGB monitor now!
Time to get out and enjoy life!

Ribbit!

beautiful rendering...let's hope at least you're still drawing outside! I just got in from lounging on a float the last hour in the pool...tunes a blarin', sun a blazin'..I hear Jason, though...sometimes you feel guilty not being outside, but it can get hot! And it's a lot easier reading comics and doing stuff inside with the AC on....there's only so much lying around I can do before I start getting that 'I'm being a lazy bitch' feeling...

Mostly hazy here.

And who's to say you can't sketch outside - then scan indoors at night!
